In this case, a 22% difference is recommended based on the employee's length of employment. BlueComp recommendations have until now been programmed into the software, but users can now modify the tenure settings.]]

    To adjust setting, Click "Home"

    Scroll to "Employee's Tenure Guide" section.

    BlueComp setting are set for three groups: Employees with 10 to 14 years of employment, 15 to 20, and those with over 20 years.

    You can now keep the default settings, or adjust them according to your own estimates.

    To adjust, simply enter the percent on the appropriate box. Once adjustments are made, click the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.

    Changes will now be available in your "Dynamic Market Tracker - Employee" page.
