    Select the desired assignment activity.
    Click "Settings".
    Open the "Grade" section.
    Ensure "Use marking workflow" and "Use marking allocation" settings are both set to "Yes".
    Save the changes when finished.
    In the same Assignment, click "View all submissions".
    Select all students which you wish to allocate markers.
    In the dropdown at the bottom of the page, set the option to "Set allocated marker".
    Select a staff member to be the allocated marker from the dropdown and click "Save changes"
