Search for the duplicate record and click on the search result
Select the specific data points you want to transfer from the duplicate record. To include all information, click "Use All."
All invoices associated with the member records being merged will be automatically combined into the primary record. This simplifies your record management and ensures a complete financial history for each member.
Click this button.
The member record merge process has been completed. You can now verify within the system that duplicate records have been combined and only one record exists for a member, such as Lily Smith.
