    Starting the Telehealth Call

Tip! Please join the telehealth call at least 10 minutes early to make sure your audio and video settings work.
Click the box under "What is your full name? \*" to enter your name.
The "Are you the patient?" section will default to "Yes, I am the patient". If you are not the patient, select the other options.
To hear others, please join audio by selecting "Wifi or Cellular Data".
If this permissions pop-up appears, select "Allow while visiting the site".
Alert! If the option to Join audio was skipped, the "Join Audio" icon will be available to select. This will provide the option to join audio again.
When joining the call, the microphone and camera could be defaulted to mute. Tab the Unmute and Start Video when the provider joins the call.
When clicking on the camera, a permissions icon could come asking you to allow access to the camera.
When the provider joins the call, there will be a large video screen for the provider and smaller video screen at the top for you.
Alert! If you switch to another app at any point during the telehealth call, there is a possibility that you will lose access to the call. Do not refresh your screen, because it only refreshes the error message. To re-enter the call, click on the link that was sent to you via text.

    Updating Audio Settings

Click the "More" icon to access Settings and other features.
To review and test the audio, click the headphones icon.
Under microphone, select "Speakerphone" or the option that provides the best audio experience. It recommended that use the test functionality to confirm.

    Additional Features

Click "Chat" to access the Chat functionality. Select Chat from the options.
The chat window will appear with the option to chat **ONLY** if the provider has joined the call.
