**Enter Name & Select Applicable Option Under "Are you the patient?"**

**Check the box to agree to "athenaTelehealth Terms of Use and Informed Patient Consent" & Click Next**

**Select "Wifi or Cellular Data"**

If promoted **Click "Allow" Access to Microphone**

If promoted **Click "Allow" Access to Camera**

Alert! If the option to Join audio was skipped, the "Join Audio" icon will be available to select. This will provide the option to join audio again.

**Select "More"** to Access Features & Settings

**Select "Reactions"** to display the Reactions Toolbar

**For Auditory Accessibility, Select "Chat" in the More window & Select "Chat"** again in the pop-out to send & view text chats during your call.

Update General Settings such as Skin tone & Chat Settings as applicable

**Click the headphones icon to Test & Update Audio Settings as necessary**

If you are experiencing Camera or Audio issues, **Click the "AA"** at the top of your browser & **Select "Website Settings"**

Camera & Microphone should be set to "Allow." **To change to allow, click "Camera**"
