Google Chrome

Click on the **three dots** in the upper right corner of the Chrome browser, to pull up the menu.

Click on **Help** and select **About Google Chrome**.

A window with the version and update status will appear. If there is an option to update, please proceed with the update to the latest version.
Tip! You can go directly to the Help settings by using this link: chrome://settings/help
Microsoft Edge

Click on the **three dots** in the upper righthand corner. A menu will appear.

In the menu, select **"Help and feedback"** and click **"About Microsoft Edge"**.

A window with the version and update status will appear. If there is an option to update, please proceed with the update to the latest version.
Firefox

Click on the **three lines** in the upper righthand corner. When the menu appears, select **"Help"**.

Select **"About Firefox"**

A window with the version and update status will appear. If there is an option to update, please proceed with the update to the latest version.
Safari

In your Mac, click the **Apple icon** at the top of your screen, then click "**System Settings"**

Select **"General"** to view your browser version click **"About"** or update Safari by clicking **"Software Update"**

If **"About"** is selected, the Safari version will appear.

Clicking "**Software Update**" will show if any updates are available and will updating the browser.
Tip! You can also check your Safari Browser Version by clicking on "**Safari**" on the top of the browser followed by selecting "**About Safari**".
Alert! Close all other apps on your device. Other apps can steal the microphone. If the monitor has a speaker or microphone, the sound could come through there, which can distort the sound or make it lower.
