    **Navigation** To open your message center, click on "Messages" from the main navigation

    **View Conversations** To view a conversation, click on the conversation name you wish to view. The conversation will then be loaded in the middle section.

    **Starting a New Conversation** To start a new conversation, click the "New Message" button shown here.

    **Starting a New Conversation (Continued)** To start a new conversation you can either select "Add New Customer" which will create a new customer profile, or you can select an existing customer you already have information on.

    **Starting a New Conversation (Continued)** Next select how you want to send your message, by Email, SMS, Text to Call, or to simply save a note about this customer (Internal). You can attach a file and also add the message you want to send. When your ready, click "Send Message"

    **Sending Messages** You can also send messages from the conversation panel by typing in a message shown here.

    **Attaching Files** To attach a file, click the paperclip icon. This will open the file explorer on your PC allowing you to select a file. You may only send images, excel, word and PDF documents.

    **AI Assistant** Clicking the AI icon will open the AI assistant that can help compose professional messages for you, or even translate your message to a different language.

    **Quick Responses** This open allows you to send quick predefined messages. Don't worry, once you click it you'll still have an opportunity to edit your final message before sending.

    **Customer Information Panel** The customer information panel shows the majority of all available information on each of your customers including payment history, files attached, form submissions and even notes.

    **Preferred Contact** You can define a customers preferred contact method so you know how they best like to be reached. When you use the available forms tool, it can collect this information automatically for you. See more on form building for more information.

    **Prompting Customers** You can prompt customers to take actions, such as make a payment, complete a form of yours or even leave you a review. Under each section of the information panel you'll see a helpful link that will generate a link and message to send to your customer.

    **Prompting Customers (continued)** Select how you want to send the link (Email/SMS or Both), what you want to send (if applicable) and the message you want to send. Note \[LINK_URL\] will be automatically replaced with the live link the customer needs. Removing this will remove the link for your customer and is not advised.

    **Uploading Files** You can upload files for you or your team to reference later about each customer. To do so, click the "upload file" button under the files section shown here.
