A Blind transfer is also called an unsupervised transfer. This is due to the fact that you are transferring a call without ensuring the destination is available to handle the call.
      6
During an active call, select the "More" button.
      7
      Select the Transfer option.
      8
If you happen to be transferring the call to one of your favorite contacts, they will automatically show up in the list below. Otherwise, we will search for the user we want to transfer to by entering their name in the search bar.
      9
Once found, select the blue "Blind Transfer" button while hovering over the contact like you see below. You will automatically be disconnected from the call.

Performing a Blind Transfer: Option 2

      10
The second way to perform a blind transfer is to click on the user after finding them in the search bar or your favorite contacts list. This will bring up their contact card.
      11
From here, simply select the "Blind" option at the bottom of the card.

      Performing a Supervised Transfer (Consultation)

      information ordinal icon
A supervised transfer is also called a consultation since you are speaking with the party you want to transfer to prior to actually doing so.
      12
When performing a supervised transfer, repeat steps 6-8 first. Just like a blind transfer you have the same two options available to you.
      13
After executing one of the options above, you will be connected to the user you are transferring to so that you can consult with them prior to completing the transfer. Once ready, select the blue arrow button on the user you selected to transfer the call.
