Microsoft Teams: How to Access and Filter Call History

Click "Calls"

To view your options for each call click "..."

These are your options for each call. You can click on an option to choose it OR click anywhere else on the page to cancel the menu.

Let's try that again: Click on "..." to see your options.

Today we're going to add someone we frequently call to 'Speed Dial'. This makes it easier to find and call someone we regularly talk to.

This is where you can find your speed dial contacts

Here we can see Lauren has been added to speed dial.

Next let's look at our call history filtered calls.\ \ "Missed" - means you didn't answer the call.\ "Incoming" - means someone called you. (Outgoing means you called them.)\ "Voicemail" - means someone left a message for you.

Click "Missed" or incoming to filter results. Click "Incoming"

Click "All" to see all your calls again.
