      OpenManage Enterprise captures servers current firmware versions & optional Windows drivers details. Once collected OpenManage Enterprise can then compare this data against the latest firmware & drives versions posted by Dell or a custom built repository.

      If you are not logged into OpenManage Enterprise already , please do so . The user : Admin & password : Password123! should auto fill Click **"Login"**.

      Click **"Configuration"**.

      Click **"Firmware/Driver Compliance"**.

      Dell posts a catalog the current version of released firmware on a regular bases.

      OpenManage Enterprise use either the firmware catalog post by Dell or a custom Catalog. Click **"Catalog Management"**.

      Click **"Add"**.

      In **Name** enter **test**. Click "**Finish"**.

      This will take about 1 minute to create the new catalog. Select the checkbox next to **test**.

      OpenManage Enterprise can check for updates to this catalog either manually or automatically. We can see when the catalog was last checked. We can change the update schedule. Click **"Edit"**.

      Click on the **"Update Catalog"** select **Automatically**. Observe the **Update Frequency** can be Daily or Weekly.

      Click **"Cancel"**.

      Click **"Return to Firmware/Driver Compliance"**.

      A baseline is a selected group of servers aligned to a specific catalog. Select the group of servers to need to be checked for available firmware updates & the catalog for OpenManage Enterprise to use for the compare to display the compliance to build a baseline. Click **"Create Baseline"**.

      Click **"Catalog"** dropdown and select **test**.

      Enter **test baseline** as the **"BaseLine Name"**.
