    Navigate to your inbox and click the email from: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) with the subject, "Onboarding Invitation".

    Click "Login" next to 'Site URL'. You will need to use the UserID and Password provided in this onboarding email to proceed.

    Using the credentials included in the 'Onboarding Invitation' email, enter userID, password and type in "molinahealthcareinc" in the 'Domain' section. Click 'Sign In.'

    You will then be prompted to change your password and create a new one, following the guidelines shown. Click the "New Password *" field and enter your new password.

    Click "Onboarding-OB-*****" under 'Case Key'.

    Enter your full Social Security Number (not including dashes).

    Click the "I authorize Molina Healthcare to request NIPR for a PDB Report" field after reviewing the NIPR Summary of Consumer Rights.

    Click "Submit".

    Complete your personal information.

    Click "Licenses" and proceed by clicking each sequential tab, entering all required fields.

    Select your active state licenses you would like to be appointed in.

    Again, select your active state licenses you would like to be appointed in.

    Once complete, click "Appointments".

    Click "Background Questionnaire"

    Answer each background question by selecting "Yes" or "No". Proceed to answer each attestation below the background questions.

    After completing, click the "Background Agreement" tab.

    Click on each form to sign to authorize your background check. Start with the FCRA Agreement.

    Type your name to sign electronically.

    Review and complete the Disclosure Agreement.
