      Direct Export

      Go to the Library [homepage](https://www.monash.edu/library) and create a search.

      Select the items you wish to export to EndNote by ticking the numbered **check box** to the left of each record.

      Click on the **ellipsis (3 dots)** to **Show actions options**.

      In the pop up menu, select **EndNote Desktop (RIS)**

      Select **Encoding**

      Select **UTF-8**

      Click **Download**.

      Records imported into your EndNote library are displayed in **Imported References**.

      Bulk Export

      Our Library Catalogue search tool only allows you to export 50 records at a time.

      Create your search and scroll to the bottom of the first page of results and click on **Load More Results**

      Alternatively, use the page up/down button to change results view.

      Scroll back to the top of the page and click in the box above the first result to select the first page of results or maximum 5 pages of results.

      Click on the elipsis (3 dots) above the results.

      Click "ENDNOTE DESKTOP (RIS)"
