The steps below are required before proceeding if not previously done. 1. Create Plan Version 2. Lock Workbook
Update Budget

- Click [[Financials]] tab, then [[Plan]] subtab

- Click [[...]] next to **Plan Name**

- Under Actions, hover over [[Plan]] - Select [[Update Budget]]

- Select [[Update Plan Workbook]]

- Click [[OK]]

- Click [[Done]]
Make Adjustments to Plan Workbook

- Click [[Financials]] tab, then [[Plan]] subtab

- Click the [[Plan Workbook Link]]

- Update **[[Total Revenue]]** for each month as a **credit** (negative dollar amount) - Worksheet is set to display up to 12 consecutive months

Before closing or navigating away from the Plan Workbook, you **must** complete the next step: Update Plan from Workbook

- Click [[Actions]]

- Under Actions, hover over [[Plan Workbook]] - Select [[Update Plan from Workbook]]

Create Plan Version

- A plan version should be created for future reference. - You should have a read-only copy available for each month as you move forward.
