Moving a conversation to another mailbox and adding optional note

As you can see, a customer emailed the PA warehouse, but it was meant for Vegas.
You can simply skip to step 5 if you do not need to add a note to the order.
If you do wish to add a note, click the reply button.

Type "/" to enter the doc editor.

Select "Switch to a note"

After typing out your note, make sure the status is active and assigned to you.
Then click the arrow next to "Add Note" and click "Add and stay on page"

Once the note has been added, simply click the three dots to select more actions. Then click "Move" and select the mailbox you are moving it to. And you are all set!
