MyCF Password Reset and Login Issues
This guide provides an overview for resetting your MyCF password and troubleshooting login issues.

Resetting Your Password

From the login screen on <https://mycf.cfsem.org/login>, enter your email to begin the process to reset your password. Once entered, click "Log In" to continue.

On the verify password screen, a blue link underneath the "Verify" button with the label "Forgot your password?" will begin the reset process. Click the link to continue.

The next screen provides a confirmation before sending the reset email. To proceed, click the "Reset" button.

After pushing "Reset", you'll see the following confirmation message to indicate that a password reset email is on the way to your inbox!
Check for Password Reset Email

Within a few moments you will receive a new email from **No-Reply MyCF ([no-reply.mycf@cfsem.org](mailto:no-reply.mycf@cfsem.org))** with a link to reset your password. Click the email to view the contents.

The email will have a button that opens a secure link to reset your password. Click the "Click Here to Set Up Your New Password" button to continue.
Finish Resetting Your Password

Once the page loads, you'll be prompted to confirm you want to reset your password. Click the "Reset Password" button to continue.

Enter a new password according to the password rules and make sure the confirmation password matches. Once all rules are satisfied, click the "Change Password" button to continue.
Reset Complete!

Congratulations! Once you've successfully reset your password you will automatically be logged in to MyCF (note: your home page may vary from below depending on your portal needs).
Unable to Login With Email

During the login process, if you enter an email that is not found within our system you will receive a message similar to the screenshot below. If you are a Donor Advisor, please reach out to us at\ [donoradvisor@cfsem.org](mailto:donoradvisor@cfsem.org) for assistance. If you are a Nonprofit Endowment Partner, please reach out\ to us at [endowment@cfsem.org](mailto:endowment@cfsem.org) for assistance. For Grantee users, contact impact@cfsem.org.
