Click "Get a Report" under "individual & business entities".

Click "Download a PDB Report"

Click "Individual" or "Business" depending on the type of report you want to download (if you have an agency, select "business").

Login with one of the identifying details.

Continue to add any requested information.

Select "start" to proceed to ordering the Producer Report

Select "submit request" and proceed through the next few screens.
