    Click "Cost To Complete Snap Shot" - This must be done first in order for the Log Report to process all the costs.

    Click "Process" - Select the Project Number and leave the balance blank to pick up all the Tasks and Cost Codes for the Project.

    Click "OK" - the system should summarize all the Project Cost Details and summarize the number processed.

    To get the Report for all of the Cost processed in the prior step run the "Cost To Complete Log Report"

    Click "Preview" to confirm the results then print if desired.
