Navigate to <https://www.paetep.com/lowermerion/>\ Click **"Actions"**\ Click **"Open/Edit"**

Click **"View/ Edit"** (\*Note-mine says edit as I am waiting for approval)

**Click "Add Comment"** to share a general update on your goals. You’ll have an opportunity to provide specific evidence for each component within the rubric.

**Click "Publish Comment".**\ Click **"Rubric"**

At the end of the year, add your final updates and evidence for each focus area. Then, select a self-assessment rating for each focus area. Submit your completed rubric to your supervisor.

Click the button that best represents your self-assessment rating for each focus area (e.g., **Failing**, **Needs Improvement**, **Proficient**, or **Distinguished**)

Use the **Add Comment** section below to provide evidence, reflections, or specific examples that support your selected rating.

Click **"Publish Comment".**
Make sure to **publish all comments** and **submit your form to your supervisor** once you’ve added your evidence and selected ratings for each focus area. After meeting with your supervisor, you will return to this screen to **authenticate your form** and finalize your submission for the year.
