Navigate360: Viewing Students in an Active Campaign During Academic Alerts

During Academic Alerts, we are asking advisors to NOT submit an alert for a student if they are already actively involved in a campaign created by the CFAA. This is to ensure students are not being overly referred for the same alert reason. There are two ways to determine if a student is enrolled in a CFAA campaign.

Step 1: Open a Student's Profile page in Navigate360

On the right side of the student's profile in the Active Appt. Campaigns box, view if students are actively in a campaign.

Step 2: Run an Appointment Campaign Report. Start by clicking on the reporting icon.

Click "Standard Reports"

Select the Appointment Campaigns Report

Filters to enter: Campaign Start Date, fill in the date range of weeks 3-5 of the semester

Start Date

End Date

Additional Fields to enter: Care Unit is Tutoring, Location is Center for Academic Achievement (CFAA)

Click "Run Report" to generate results
