In every module, various dropdown options will be presented to you when you hover over their tab. To start, we will be displaying the "View" option that can be found in every module.
    2
Within the "View" of the module, you will see a list of every logged data entry. The list can be sorted through clicking on the fields, giving you both ascending and descending options. For now though, let's go ahead and look at the "Detail" view of an entry.
    3
Within the detailed view, you will see all relevant information about the entry. In this case, since it is a Contact entry, you will see information regarding the member. Modules generally follow the same format, but there are some that you will likely use more than others. Let's look at the Daily Attendance module's entries.

Here we can see that the modules are indeed very similar. They all have "View" options as previously mentioned and their "Detail" view is accessed just by a click of the button. For modules like these though, you will often use them to create data entries for the typical work-ordered day activities. Let's take a look at a creating a "Single Record."

Note!: You may have have noticed that only Daily Attendance entries for Freddie Mercury appeared in the last slide. That is thanks to the "Filter" button that can be found above the entries. The funnel shaped icon is useful for looking for specific entries, which in this case was Mr. Mercury. To remove the filter, simply click the x that can be found next to the filter button.

For modules like Daily Attendance, you will often be entering data in them. With the Single Record entry, you can do so one at a time. You will find that this data entry method, is very simple and best used for a few entries. Let's take a look at the "Log Multiple Records" page

These "Log Multiple Records" pages, often called "Multi-Entry Screens" are perfect for being able to enter larger quantities of data at one time. To enter the data you can click on "Start Entering Data" and from there the process is identical to entering data in the "Single Record" page.
