    Navigate to <https://sfasucoe.qualtrics.com/homepage/ui> and login if prompted. You will use your standard mySFA credentials.

    Click "See all projects" to see everything available to your account or click on a dashboard listed below that link.

    Under all Projects and Programs click a dashboard name to get started.

    Navigation Guide: 1. Dashboard Project Title (EDPREP Key Assessment...) This is the overall project that contains all related Dashboards. 2. Dashboard Title (Technology Self-Assessment at Admission...) This is the name of the Dashboard being viewed, there can be up to 20 Dashboards in a project. 3. Dashboard Pages (Technology Self Assessment). This is the name of a single page in the Dashboard 4. Filters (Certification Area) these are pre-built filters relevant to the dashboard you can use to filter results. Such as gender, major or certification area. 5. Widget, this can be text, graphic or a combination. By necessity some pages will be heavy with text. \*\*\*Note, all demographic information such as gender, race or ethnicity are self-reported by the students either from banner (SFASU's student management system) or TEA (Texas Education Agency)\*\*\*

    To view other dashboards, use the drop-down menu in the title to navigate to another dashboard at any time.

    Click any dashboard title to move to that dashboard.

    Dashboards might have additional pages with data disaggregated in different ways. Click the drop-down menu of the project title to see the other pages available.

    You may click the push-pin button to keep those pages always viewable.

    You can disaggregate the data in multiple ways, the most common is to click a link on the page, that will filter all widgets (text or image) on that page by that filter. The second most common is to use the filters on the top of the page, in the image below those filters are "Handbook", "Gender", "Ethnicity" and "edTPA Score Semester"

    Click "Reset to Default" to remove all the filters on the page.

    To export the data as an image or an excel file, click the action buttons "..." on the corner of a widget and click "Export".

    Click the format you would like to export the data.
