Searching by Course Name/Description/Keywords

You are able to search for courses a few different ways. Here you can search by keyword that would show up in a course description for a course or by the keywords provided by training providers.

You are able to view the list of courses that fall under the keyword searched for. Select the C-record number to view information about the course.

On this page you are able to view the training provider name, course description, cost, course length and other important course information. At the bottom of the page you are able to submit an Express Program application if this is the desired course.

If you have a seven-digit course ID from your provider but need to locate the C-record number you can enter the course ID here.

Tip! 

The Express Program transitioned to a new system to manage the Express Course Directory in November 2023. As a result, we also switched from using a 7-digit course ID number to a "c-record" number (a 4-5 digit number with the letter "C" in front of it). If a training provider gave you a 7-digit course number, you can search by the 7-digit number in the "TrainingPro ID" field as shown in **Step 6**, and locate the NEW c-record number for the course, as shown in **Step 8**.

The C-record number of the searched course ID will show up in the first column if the course exists in the directory.

You are able to view the list of approved courses with the selected provider.
