Navigate to Journey > Conversion funnel to get started analyzing your funnel.
Your conversion funnel is set during onboarding, or when you first begin to leverage the feature. \ \ Make sure this is set up correctly, as it is not easily editable in the future. If you have a need to edit your existing funnel, reach out to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) with the order of events you'd like to see in the funnel.
You will see conversion event reporting at each stage in your funnel, tied to the day of the conversion rather than a specific user. \ \ For example, reporting will show all View Product, Add to Cart, and Purchase conversions that occurred within the date range. \ \ This is opposed to reporting on an individual user's path to conversion throughout the entire funnel based on a specific date of entering the funnel, for example.
The grid below the funnel view reports on conversion volume and CPA against each conversion event. \ \ The conversion rate between events and the overall conversion rate from the first event to the last will also be available. \ \ This reporting is available at all level of granularity to easily identify outliers. For example, are there campaigns where my conversion rate is significantly lower than average that might be a sign of a "leaky funnel" that should be further optimized?
