New Leads allocated by Location

    To create a new Automation, go to Settings/Data Management then Automations, and Click "ADD".

    Give your Automation a name and click "ADD".

    In the Trigger options click "Event".

    Using the dropdowns, select a "New" Event and set the record type to "Account". Then click "CONFIRM".

    To add the Next Step, click on the "+" icon.

    Click the "Filter" option, to select the location.

    To filter the Account location for United Kingdom, set the Object to "Account", the Field to "Country, the Operator to "Equal to" and the Value to "United Kingdom", then click "CONFIRM".

    To create branches to filter other locations, click the "+" icon, then "Create Branch".

    Again select the "Filter" option.

    Repeat the filter selection, setting the Value to "United States of America", then click "CONFIRM".

    To add the Next Step, click the "+" icon.

    In Next Step, select the "Action" option.

    To notify the user that they have a new lead in the region you might send an email, create a Task, or maybe send them a System Message, which will create a notification in the CRM.

    Using the Send System Message option, use the dropdowns to find the recipient from your list of users, set the notification theme (e.g. blue, red, green etc), give the notice a title, and complete your message.

    Using the dropdowns, you can use the Account Fields to automatically populate the content and to include a link to the record in the notification. You also have the option to include a reminder button in the notification.

    Repeat steps 11 to 15 for the other branch.

    Then click to "CONFIRM".

    You can continue to add more branches, as required. Once you have completed the Automation, switch it to Live and click to save,
