    On Wiley Online Library while viewing any page within *Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery* (OTO Journal), click “**Login/Register**” in the upper right corner of the page.

    Choose "**Log In With AAO-HNS**"

    The user will be taken to an AAO-HNS login page where they should enter their username and password.

    Click "**Sign In**"

    Upon login, the user will be taken back to the *Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery* (OTO Journal) homepage (not the page they were previously visiting). The user should see the **AAOHNS Member** banner which indicates they have successfully been authenticated.
