**Link to the sanctioning process:**\ <https://horsereg.com/#!/memberships/ontario-equestrian-competition-sanctioning> They must fill out all listing information. If they want to copy an existing listing, they can click on copy/continue an existing listing

Once the information is saved, they need to select the **type of competition**, then click **“Save & continue.”**

During the sanctioning process, the user will have the choice between two options: **Equestrian Canada** and **Equestrian Skills Development (ESD)**.\ Please select **"ESD" (Equestrian Skills Development).**

If the user has already submitted an application, they can choose to copy an existing one.\ \ If not, they should click **“No thanks.”**

Complete all the additional competition information. If the **competition manager** and/or **secretary** are different individuals, their information must also be completed in the appropriate sections.

**Application Timing and Pricing:**\ The price will vary depending on whether the application is submitted **30 days or more before** the competition: - Select **Yes** → Submitted 30 days or more in advance → **Price: $39.50 (before tax)** - Select **No** → Submitted less than 30 days in advance → **Price: $60.50 (before tax)**

Click "Save"

**Competition Officials:**\ Depending on the number of **Judges** and **Course Designers** selected in the initial step, the user must fill in their information **one by one**.

Click "Save"

The user must upload two documents: the **Prize List** and the **Certificate of Insurance**.\ Certificate templates are available at the following link:"Sample of certificate"

Click "Done"

Before clicking **Submit**, the user can **view the total price** based on the options selected in **Step 6**.

The user must **sign the waiver** by clicking **“I agree to the above.”**

The user must **submit the application** and **complete the payment** to finalize the sanctioning process.

**Post-Review Status Update:**\ Once **OE** has reviewed the application, they must change the status to **"Waiting for Post Event Payment"**. - Click **"Change Status"**.

Click "Post Listing End Date"

**Event Information After End Date:**\ The organizer can fill in all the information related to their event **after the end date**. - They can upload the **accident report** and refill information related to the officials who attended the event. - For the **sanctioning survey**, the organizer must fill in the details for **coaches, judges, and course designers** one by one.\ If they were mentioned during the sanctioning process, all their information will be automatically displayed. - To enter the information: - Click the **"Enter Text"** field. - Click **here**.

**Finalizing the Event:**\ Once the event has been reviewed by all relevant organizations, you can update its status: - Select the **"Complete"** option - Click **"Change Status"**
