When viewing this video, you may choose to change the speed of audio by hovering over the top right corner, skip through steps via the navigation bar and view the entire contents of the information in a 'scroll view' by clicking the "View Full Scribe" icon at the bottom right of the screen.

"*Ticket Drafts*" contain the following:

1. Any locate request submitted to the OKIE 8 1 1 Center for review and is still waiting in queue to be processed.
2. Any locate request submitted to the OKIE 8 1 1 Center to review and then rejected for more information.
3. Any locate request that, you as the Excavator, "*Save as Draft*" to send later.

To access "*Ticket Drafts*", click on the icon at the top left of the Home screen

Select "*Excavator Hub*" , then select "*Ticket Drafts*"

There are "Quick Filters" at the top of the screen that will show "*Rejected", "Draft"* or *"Center Review*". You can click on one of the filters to view a certain type of Draft.

"*Rejected*" are locate requests submitted by the Excavator that were sent to the OKIE 8 1 1 Center for review, but there was an issue with the locate request and the OKIE 8 1 1 Center was unable to complete the request and it was "Rejected". The Excavator also receives an email to their USER email address if the request was Rejected.

The "Rejected" draft will contain the "Status" and "Reason" the locate request was rejected.

"*Draft*" are ticket drafts by the Excavator. When entering a locate request, an Excavator has the option to "*Save as Draft*" to complete and send the locate request later.

"*Center Review*" are locate requests sent to the OKIE 8 1 1 Center for review, that are still waiting in queue to be worked by the OKIE 8 1 1 Center.

If the Excavator should need to make edits to the locate request while it is in 'Center Review' draft, the request is resubmitted with the edits and will be put back into the OKIE811 Agent queue in the order the edit was received.

For any of the "Draft" categories, you can click "*View*" to make edits and resubmit. The ticket will open up in it's original form and you may correct the issues before submitting the locate request again. *Depending on information on the edited ticket, the ticket may go back to OKIE811 as 'Center Review' or be submitted and presented a confirmation number.*
