Please note: In order for the remote reset request via the MDM to be effective, the computer must be :
- switched on
- plugged in
- connected to the Internet from within the chosen offboarding time slot
- the user session must be unlocked if it's a Mac with a hard disk encrypted via FileVault,
For example, if the offboarding is scheduled for 4 p.m. on a Friday, these conditions must be met from that time slot for the action to be carried out remotely via the MDM.
