If the employee who is about to leave your company is using a MacBook, make sure they logged out of their iCloud account BEFORE they give it back so that the laptop will not be blocked once it goes back to your stock
      Navigate to [https://join.rzilient.club/](https://join.rzilient.club/)
      Click on "Employees".

Select the employee you want to offboard

In the search bar field, look for the employee you want to offboard.
Once you've found the employee you were looking for, click on this icon
      Click on the button "Off-board"
Fill in the email address of the manager that will be sent an email confirmation when the employee is offboarded, then click "Next step".

Give details about the offboarding process

Specify when you want to offboard the employee.
If you want to receive a notification once the offboarding has been completed, select "Yes". If you don't, select "No" — then click "Continue".

Choose a remote action to perform on the device (if any)

Remote actions can only be performed if the device is enrolled to a Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool
When an employee leaves the company, we recommend wiping the device to delete all data. The device will be reset to its factory settings and you will need to enroll it again to the MDM.
Note that four conditions need to be met for the wipe request to be effective: - The device has to be 1) enrolled to the MDM - The device will be wiped once it is 2) turned on 3) plugged in and 4) connected to the Internet - The user session needs to be open, particularly if this is a MacBook whose disk is encrypted through FileVault
Be patient: wipe requests are not instantaneous, you may have to wait a moment. If the remote wipe is still not launched after a long waiting time, make sure the mandatory conditions are met.
Once the device is wiped, it will be: - reset to factory settings - unenrolled from the MDM - still on the platform inventory, and assigned to the stock
Choose if you want the device to go back to your stock account or if you would like Rzilient to offer a price to buy it — then click "Continue"
A summary of the process is displayed. Click "Complete process" to confirm the offboarding.
Click "Yes, I'm sure" to confirm the offboarding.
