    Navigate to [https://www.fgcu.edu/oucms](https://a.cms.omniupdate.com/11/#oucampus/fgcu/www)
    Click "Content"
    Click "Pages"
Navigate to the page you'd like to edit. Click to open it.
    Click "Content Region 1"
Type or locate the text on the page that you'd like to add your link to. Highlight the text, right-click to open the menu, and click "Link" from the menu.
The insert/edit link window will open. **If you are linking internally ( another page on [fgcu.edu](http://fgcu.edu))**, Click the file chooser icon to select the page you'd like to link to.
Navigate through the pages, select the page you'd like to link to, and click insert.
Internal pages will show a dependency tag in the URL field. The dependency tag will show in this format: [[f:####]] The dependency tag stays the same, even when the page or URL changes.
**If you are linking externally (a page or site that does not live on [fgcu.edu](http://fgcu.edu))** Click the "URL" field, and simply paste the URL into the field.
To make your link a button, select either "button" or "link arrow button" from the "class" drop down menu.
    Click "SAVE"
