Navigate to <https://www.fgcu.edu/oucms>

Navigate to the folder where you'd like to upload your content. Click "Content"

Click "Pages"

Click the folder to open it.

The process below will be the same for both images and files.
**In your files folder only upload the following:**
\-pdf\
\-xls/csv (Excel formats)\
\-doc/docx
**In your images folder only upload:**
\-jpg/jpeg\
\-png (try to avoid pngs unless you need transparent images since pngs are heavier in file size)

Click "files" to open the folder.

Click "UPLOAD"

All files must have certain naming conventions: No spaces, only dashes and all lowercase text. To rename your file click the 3 dots.

Click "RENAME"

Once you are finished renaming your file. Click "START UPLOAD"

Next you must publish the file within the files folder. Click the box to select the file.

Click "Publish"

First publish to webdev by ensuring "webdev" is selected in the publish target dropdown. Click "PUBLISH"

Next, publish to production by ensuring "Production" is selected in the publish target dropdown. Click "PUBLISH"
