Omni CMS: Uploading Directory Images to an Existing Profile Page

All directory images must be cropped to 280 x 280 px prior to uploading to the CMS. Images can be cropped for free using Adobe Express.
Make sure you name the photo with the first letter of the first name, and the last name.
Example: FGCU email: [email protected]\

Navigate to <https://www.fgcu.edu/oucms>

Search for the directory folder.

Click "directory" to open the folder.

Next we need to search for the images folder. Click the "Filter" field and search for "\_images"

Click "UPLOAD"

Click "+ADD" and select your 280 x 280px directory image from your files.

Select your image by checking the box, and publish your image to webdev and production.

Next we will navigate to the profile page to upload the image. Click "directory"

Click the "Filter" field.

Search for the email prefix (same as the image filename) to bring up the .pcf page.

Click "sbruen.pcf" to open the page
