      Accessing Devices

      **Navigate to Devices:** - Go to the [**Admin Portal**](https://app.voxo.co/dashboard) and sign in. - Click the **Phone System** tab to expand it, then select **Devices**.

      Viewing and Managing Devices

      **Devices List**: - Navigate to the **Devices** section to view a list of all devices. The list includes details such as **Name**, **Model**, **MAC Address**, and **User Agent**.

      **Device Count**: - **Total:** Displays the total number of devices. - **Online:** Shows the number of devices that are currently online. - **Offline:** Indicates the number of devices that are currently offline.

      **Status Indicators**: Devices with a **green** icon are online, and those with a **red** icon are offline.

      **Search**: - Use the **Search** bar to quickly find specific devices by typing the name or a keyword. - **Sort**: Click the sort icons next to column headers to arrange items in ascending or descending order.

      **Export Button**: - Click the **Export** button to download a list of the devices in CSV format.

      **Add Device**: - Click the **Add Device** button and select **Add New** to create a new device or **Bulk Add** to add multiple devices.

      Updating Settings in Bulk

      **Update Settings in Bulk:** - Click **Bulk,** then **Settings** to update settings for multiple devices. - In the **Update Devices** window, click on the **Phone model** dropdown menu and select the desired phone model (e.g., Yealink). - **Adjust Config Field (if applicable):** Depending on the selected phone model, additional configuration fields may appear. Adjust the **Config Field** settings as needed. - **Assign Phone Button Layout:** click on the [**Button Layout**](https://scribehow.com/shared/Omnia_Admin_Button_Layouts__W8geUAGCQianzXdm7ozfQg?referrer=documents) dropdown menu and select the desired button layout. - Click **Update**, then **Yes** to proceed or **Cancel** to discard the action. - You will receive a prompt asking, "Reboot all devices?" Click **Yes** to reboot the devices to push the updates, or **No** to update at a later time.

- In the **Update Devices** window, click on the **Phone model** dropdown menu and select the desired phone model (e.g., Yealink).

      **Bulk Reboot Devices:** - Click **Bulk** then **Reboot** to reboot multiple devices. - In the **Bulk Device reboot** window, use the dropdown to select the specific phone model. - Click **Confirm** to proceed or **Cancel** to discard the action.

      Device Actions

      **Download Configuration**: - Click the **Download Local Config** button to download the configuration file for the device.

      **Duplicate Device**: - Click the **Duplicate** button to clone an existing device. - In the **Duplicate a device** window, enter the new device name and MAC address. - Click **Duplicate** to create the cloned device or **Cancel** to discard the action.

      **Edit Device**: - Click the edit icon (pencil) next to the device you want to edit, or click directly on the device. - Make your edits. - Click **Save**. You will receive a prompt asking, "Reboot device after saving?" - Click **Yes** to reboot the device to push the updates, or **No** to update at a later time.

      **Delete Local Config**: - Click the **Delete Local Config** button to remove the local configuration of the device.

      **Factory Reset**: - Click the **Factory Reset** button to reset the device to its factory settings.
