      First stage of the onboarding a B2C- Returning is to update information in CRM

      **CSM** schedules the Enrollment huddle with the family

      If the parent wants to do this via phone call that's fine

      ***CSM*** does the following: 1. Introduces themselves. 2. Verifies information in the CRM is still correct. 3. Answers questions. 4. Sets expectations for the upcoming school year. 5. [Creates and finalizes the Ed Plan ](https://scribehow.com/shared/Using_a_Template_for_Education_Plans__6-hZ8_unSLW-Mjp8vz_JzA)with the Family. 1. CSM **MUST** get the verbal approval of the Family that they have agreed to their Ed Plans. 6. CSM sends a copy of the Ed Plan to the parent via email through PandaDoc. 1. Parent **MUST** sign the Ed Plan on the call/huddle **OR** at least give a verbal confirmation that they agree to sign at a later date.

      This is a crucial step and sets up the entire Onboarding process.

      ***CSM*** [delivers the course enrollment form](https://southlands.wufoo.com/forms/scso-credit-student-course-request/) to SCS IT with appropriate information for each student.
