Open PDFs in Chrome by Default

First, remove the **Adobe Acrobat** extension *(if it is installed)*...
Click the Extensions **puzzle piece** icon...\ If you have the **Adobe Acrobat** extension, click the **3-dots** next to the extension
Click the **Remove from Chrome** option
Click the **Remove** button
The **Successfully uninstalled** message will display... close the **Adobe Acrobat** tab
Next, make sure your **downloaded** PDFs open in **Chrome**...
On your bottom taskbar, click the **yellow folder** icon
On the left menu, click the **Downloads** option
If your PDFs display the **Chrome** logo, you do **not** need to change your settings. If your PDFs display the **Adobe** (or other logo), follow the steps below...
**Right-click** the PDF file... click the **Open with** option
Click the **Choose another app** option...
Click the **Google Chrome** option... click the **Always** button
Chrome is now set as your **default** PDF viewer
