Navigate to the Brim homepage
Click "Label Generation"

Here is where you'll find the list of training examples available for variable optimization to use. You can delete or edit them if you'd like.

Navigate back to the Brim homepage and click "Project Setup"

Scroll down and click "Optimize" next to the variable you want to optimize.

Click "Generate Optimized Instructions"

Brim will produce optimized instructions and optimized aggregation instructions. Review these and make sure they look correct before accepting.

Once you're ready, click "Use Optimized Instructions"

Remember to "Save Variable" to save your changes

Choose how you want the generated data to behave. You can keep all of the previous results, keep only the ones a human reviewed, or clear all results.
