    Students must be registered with the USC Student Disability Resource Center to gain eligibility for the OrderAlly app. If you would like to set up an account, please reach out to the Registered Dietitian!

    To start an order, tap the “Menu” button in the bottom left-hand corner of the Home Screen.

    Read this screen in its entirety, and then tap “CLICK HERE” to view our daily menu offerings!

    Please read the "Terms & Conditions" prior to placing your first order!

    Initially a "contact form" will pop up. Please click the "x" in the top right-hand corner to exit the form. Once you see the screen below, scroll down to choose which dining hall you would like to order from!

    Tap the name of the dining hall you wish to order from!

    Note: Fresh Greene’s does not currently offer mobile ordering, but you are more than welcome to order allergen-friendly items in-person!

    Scroll through the daily menu offerings and tap the item(s) that you are interested in ordering. Please only order from the current day's menu items!

    You will now see a nutrition facts label followed by the allergen/ingredient information for this item. To continue searching through the menu, tap the "x" in the upper right-hand corner of the food item. When you are ready to order, tap the "Close" button in the upper right-hand corner to return to the app homepage.

    Note: If an item does not have a "contains statement", please ask one of our chefs for additional information via the “Text” button, which is mentioned later in this guide.

    Once you are back on the Home Screen, tap the “Order” button.

    Select the dining hall you would like to order from, and tap “Next”.

    Read the top part of this page in its entirety, and then select the meal period you would like to order from. This will bring up a list of times that are available for pickup.

    Note: You can only order items from the meal period that your pickup time is listed in. (Ex: If it is currently Breakfast time, but you schedule a pickup time for Lunch, your order will have to be from the Lunch menu, not Breakfast.)

    Choose a pickup time that is at least 1 hour in the future, and then tap “Next”. (Ex: The time is currently 11:48 so the earliest time I should pick is 1:00.)

    Note: If a time slot is greyed out, the maximum number of orders for that slot has been reached. Please choose the next available time!

    Read the red box in its entirety before proceeding with your order!

    Type your order into the text box and select any alternative items that you would like the chef to swap out (Ex: If you order a burger and would like the bun to be swapped for a Made-without-Gluten bun, tap “MWG Hamburger Bun”.).

    Please try to match your order as closely to how it is written on CampusDish, to avoid any confusion. (Ex: If you want to order the Grilled Black Bean Burger, don't just type "Burger" because we also serve a beef hamburger).

    Type any additional information in the text box labeled “Notes for the Chef”, and the tap “Submit” when you are ready to send your order.
