Enter your username and password and click "Login"

If you are directed to the dashboard, click "Add / Edit Food Orders" or "Data Capture"

You will see a list of top ups available for the selected ward.

Click "Create Order"

Enter the quantity required for each item

Once you have entered all quantities, click 'Finalize'

Select the charge account.\

If only one is assigned to the ward, this field will be pre-populated

This example is taken from the internal Synbiotix test system.

Your system may not require you to enter a charge account, delivery date, ordered by or a comment

You will see the order summary.

Click "Print" to print the order, if required
