Select Stock Management

Select the warehouse (if you have access to more than one warehouse)

Click "Create supplier order"

By default, you will only see suppliers that you need to order stock from.
Click "Show All" to view all suppliers

Click the required supplier

By default, you will only see items that need stock.
Remove the tick from the "Items that required stock only" to view all items from the selected supplier

The system will generate the suggested order, based on your current stockholding and the optimum stock levels for each item

Use the tick boxes to add and remove items from the order. Items added to the order are highlighted in yellow

Amend the order quantity, if required

Click "Generate Order"

Review the order

Click "Select item" to add any additional items to the order
