Navigate to [https://rapidpack.canary7.com/#/workbench](https://rapidpack.canary7.com/#/workbench)

Type "1" in Allocation Fail. This will bring up all the orders/shipments that have failed in allocating of stock

You will be able to see the items that failed on allocation of stock. You can reorganise the columns as required or click the edge to make the column bigger.

Tip! These items will need to be removed from the order or quantities amended before the order can be shipped, or wait for new stock to arrive. If you need to edit the order click on the cell with the full shipment number in e.g. 3575#5201893327006. Go to the Shipping Enquiry > Shipment tab and search for that number in the Shipment number box. Search and then click the three dots "..." to edit the order.
