    Start by logging into ClearPoint Strategy at [app.clearpointstrategy.com/#/home](http://app.clearpointstrategy.com/#/home)

    Adding a series

    Adding a series in the measure data table

    Select **Scorecards & Elements** from the Control Panel\ Choose **Manage Elements**\ Click on **Measures**\ Open the **Measure** you are going to be working with
    Double-click on the **Measure Data table**\ Click on **Add Series**\ Under **Series Name**, enter the new Series name, for example, ‘Delta.’\ Select the appropriate **Data Type**, for example, ‘Number’.\ Click **Save**
    From this window, you can also create a series calculation or set measure evaluations to the series from their respective tabs.

    From the **Measure Detail Page**\ Click the **Edit Pencil icon**\ Navigate to the **Series tab**\ Click on the **Plus icon**\ Under **Series Name**, enter the new Series name, for example, ‘Revenue.’\ Select **Currency** as the **Data Type**\ Click **Save**

    Click the **Edit Pencil icon**\ Navigate to the **Series tab**\ Select **Add Multiple** from the dropdown menu\ Under **Series Name**, enter the new Series name, for example, ‘YTD and ROI.’\ Select **Percentage** as the **Data Type**\ Click **Save**\ \ Please note that if there are 9 or more Series in the Data Table, the default letter/landscape page export will flip the Data Table to display just a single period of data. Larger page sizes or orientations can accommodate more series.

    Select **Scorecards & Elements** from the Control Panel\ Choose **Manage Elements**\ Click on **Measures**\ Open the **Measure** you are going to be working with, in this example, ‘Revenue’.
    Double-click on the Header of the **Series** you would like to **Edit** From here you can change things like the Series Name, the Data Type, Hide or Lock a Series, you can create a Calculation and even Setting up an Evaluation. Revision History can also be accessed. Once you are done with your changes, click **Save**

    Click on **Measures**\ Open the **Measure** you are going to be working with, in this example, ‘Revenue’.\ Click the **Edit Pencil icon**\ Navigate to the **Series tab**\ Click on the three dots icon and select **Edit Measure Series** From here you can change things like the Series Name, the Data Type, Hide or Lock a Series, you can create a Calculation and even Setting up an Evaluation. Revision History can also be accessed. Once you are done with your changes, click **Save**

    Navigate to the **Series tab**\ Use the checkboxes to select multiple **Series**\ From the dropdown menu, select **Edit Multiple**\ Navigate to the **Edit Fields tab** In this tab, the Data Type can be changed for all Series and the Series can be Tagged, Hidden from the Data Table, Hidden from summary views, as well as Locked for updaters. Once you are done with your changes, click **Save**
