    Overview of Recurring Transactions

      Navigate to Brokerage Engine.

      Click "Accounting" to navigate to the Accounting interface.

      Click the "Settings" tab.

      Click on the "Recurring Transactions" option.

      Click the "New Recurring Transaction" button.

      There are multiple types of recurring Transaction Types. They can be selected using the dropdown menu. Click "OK".

      Create a Recurring Bill

      Utilize the "Template name" field to assign a name to the recurring Bill.

      Select the Interval using the dropdown menu.

      The frequency fields will adjust according to the Interval selected.

      Select a Vendor from the dropdown menu.

      The "Terms" can be selected using the dropdown menu.

      The "A/P Account" will be auto-selected as the Default A/P Account set up on the Configurations Panel. Another A/P Account can be selected using the options list.

      Use the "Type" dropdown to select a category of Recurring Transaction.

      Different Types:\ \ Scheduled: Generates a sequence of transactions based on the schedule you define.\ \ Reminder: Sets up a schedule to remind you to create transactions, which remain pending until you choose to generate and send them.\ \ Unscheduled: Saved with partial or complete data and no schedule. This type of template remains inactive until you decide to use it.

      Use the field to set how many days before the Start Date the Bill should be created.

      The Start Date for the Recurring Transaction will default to today's date. It can be adjusted using the small calendar icon.

      A finish to the Recurring Transaction can be configured using the "End" dropdown menu and the "occurrences" field.

      Select a General Ledger Account using the dropdown menu.

      Write a Description for the Bill on the field.
