    Overview of Transaction Projects

      Navigate to your brokerage's login page and login as a System user.
      Click "Transactions"
      Click "Pending"
      Utilize the search bar to find the filter the table's transactions by selecting the listing/buying agent.
      Identify the desired transaction and click the "Action" button under the transaction's Action column,
      Click "Toggle Dropdown" next to the "Transaction Documents" button.
      Click "Transaction Project" from the dropdown menu.
      Review the transaction's information in the left menu.
      Click "Add Owner" to assign a specific user to the project.
      Click "-- Select Owner --" to review the list of potential project owners.
      Click "OK" save the users as the project owner.
      Click "OK" again to exit the pop-up window.
      After the page refreshers you'll see the project owner's name listed.
      Click "Change Owner" to update the project owner.
      Review the project progress and task data in the lower left side menu.
      Click "Cancel Project" if you need to cancel the project.
      Review the "Project Tasks" table to review assigned tasks and their statuses.
      Click here.
      Click the "Add Task" button to add a new task to the table.
      Click "Activity Log" to review a log of activities associated with the project.
