Navigate to [https://rapidpack.canary7.com/#/workbench](https://rapidpack.canary7.com/#/workbench)

"Closed" : Order has been dispatched and collected

"in-pool" : Order is either not yet picked, either we have not processed/picked it yet or there is no stock available

"Consigning Pending" : Order is currently being shipped and carrier label being created.

"Awaiting Dispatch Confirmation..." : Picked and packed. Awaiting collection by carrier.

"Pack Pending" : Item has been picked and is waiting to be packed and shipped.

Look out for any orders that "Inventory Not Found" or "Shipment Reject Part Allocation" this means the item is not in stock or that one of the items on a multiple item order is not in stock and holding up the order.

Click "Wave Reject Reason" header to sort by all orders that are currently in a problem status and cannot yet be shipped

Another tip when browsing your order list. The item code columns shows Multiple if there is more than one SKU on the order

If it lists the SKU then there is only one item on the order.
