On the front page, you may see an **announcement bar**. Initially, this will contain a link to our information page letting users know about the updated website. Users can click the red-x on the announcements to close this bar.\

- **Monthly Vendor** Promotions
- **Tech Services** Quick link that brings the user to our Tech Services section to learn more information about HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Waterworks departments. It will contain information such as Coburn’s HVAC Classes, interactive calculators, videos and more
- **Kitchen & Bath** link takes the user to the showroom website where they can learn more about what our showrooms offer and make appointments with consultants.
- **Other links** on the front page include Coburn's Connect App information, For the Pros page dedicated to the professional contractor, signing up for the Coburn's newsletter, and much more.

Customers and employees that have **general questions about the website, online payments & offer tech support**.

- Reach out to the **Web Support Team** through the website using the **LIVE CHAT** or **CONTACT US** form.

Don’t forget we also have a **HELP** section located at the bottom of the website that will have information on everything from how to register, how to make online payments, and more.

Customers that need **product specific help** should be handled at the **branch level**.

## 🧑‍💻**Register for a Web Account**

Next we will review how to **Register for a Web Account**, **Connect to your Coburn's Account # & Log into the Website**.

First, click the **LOGIN** link in the top right corner.

On the **Login page** you will find:

- The ability to log into the website
- The Forget Password link to reset your password
- The Registration Link

On the **Registration Page**, users can enter their e-mail address (username), First & Last name and password.\
They also have the option of **Connecting to their Coburn's Account #**. Here they can enter their main account # & the phone number associated with their account. If it matches what Coburn's has in our main system then the user will have a connected web account.\
\
They also have the option of connecting to their account # at a later time under the My Account Section.

Register

Create a new web account. Registering for a web account lets you easily place orders, check stock & price, create order templates, and more. You can also signed in the Coburn's Connect App.

If you have a Coburn's account, you may enter your main account number and phone number to link your web account.

## ➡️**Connected Account Features**

The next section will provide information available to users if they logged into the website with a Connected Web Account.\
\
A Connected Web Account means that their web login is connected to their Coburn's Account #.

Once users are logged into the website, if they have more than 1 Coburn's account # they can easily **switch between accounts** by using the drop-down option at the top of the page.\
\
This is useful when wanting to see account information on another account or wanting to place a web order under a different account #.

If a user's browser is set to allow the website to know their **location**, it will be sorted by the closest Coburn's location to them. They can also switch between locations. \
\
This is useful when wanting to place an order at a specific Coburn's location.\
\
This dropdown also includes a link to view all locations on a map and go to the location details page.

Users can click the **HI Icon** for a list of quick links to the My Account section.\
Or they can click on their name to be take straight to the My Account section.

## ➡️**My Account Page**

Let's review the options available on the My Account page.

First lets will look at the **Additional Users** Section.\
This section contains a listing of users that all have access to that Coburn's Account # online. \
\
The first person that connects their account with their Coburn's Account # will be the main (admin) web account. As other users try to connect to this account #, the main (admin) web user will receive an email with the steps to come to this page to enable access and set the additional users permission levels.

This section is also where users can go to see how their additional users Replenishment account is set up.
