    The Sample Company

    To complete the remainder of this exercise, you must be in the Sample company. To get into it, click on the Gear icon on the top right corner of the screen, then select Sample company.
    Note that you will be logged out of your current account. If you are sure, click "Continue" to confirm.

    Hands On Practice

    Now let's get started with the exercise.
    From the left navigation bar, hover over Sales, then select "Customers".
    Click the "down arrow" next to New customer, then select "Import customers".
    Click "Browse".
    Find the Excel file "Craig customer list" on your computer (this is likely in your Downloads folder). Click the file name, then click "Open".
    Click "Next".
    Ensure the columns are mapping correctly, then click "Next".
    Ensure the data is mapping correctly, then click "Import".
    The customer list has been imported and all three customers are now showing: Dick Tse, Lawrence Tran, Paul Simmons (the last two are not shown in the screenshot).
