Now let's get started with the exercise. As a reminder, here is the scenario: Craig has started selling items online, and he asked you to help him record a summary of his daily sales into QuickBooks Online from his online reports which include total sales for the day for each individual product. **Here’s what you need to do:** - Download the [Products and Services spreadsheet](https://live.intuittrainingplatform.com/filestore/documents/PandS_Spreadsheet.xls) and review it - Set up any additional accounts needed, such as a clearing account - Import the Products and Services list in Craig’s QuickBooks Online file - Record the sales for today, based on the [z-tape report](https://live.intuittrainingplatform.com/filestore/documents/Z-Out.xlsx) **IMPORTANT:** to complete this exercise, you must download the spreadsheet and report (see links above).

Before the file imports, QBO shows you what fields/headings in your file are matching to the fields in QBO. This can always be adjusted, but for the purposes of this exercise, everything is mapping properly and we can move on to the next screen.
    9
    Click "Next".

One final screen will appear before the import, showing all the details of the file being imported. This can always be adjusted if necessary. Note that there are red boxes in the QTY fields for MasterCard and Visa, indicating an error. Since these are not products and there are no quantities, this is fine. If they were products, you would want to take a closer look at them before importing. Everything is good so we can now import the file.
