The Sample Company

To complete this exercise, you must be in the Sample company. To get into it, click on the Gear icon on the top right corner of the screen, then select Sample company.
Note that you will be logged out of your current account. If you are sure, click "Continue" to confirm.
Hands On Practice
Now let's get started with the exercise. Here’s what you need to know:
- The new customer is Mr Adam Rosenberg
- His address is:\
297 Manhattan Street\
San Pablo, CA, 87999
- His email: [email protected]
- His phone number: 555-123-4567
- Adam would prefer to pay by Mastercard

From the left navigation bar, hover over Sales, then select "Customers".

Click "New customer".

In the Title, First Name, and Last Name fields, type "Mr Adam Rosenberg".
After completing these fields, the Customer display name field will automatically fill in.

In the Email field, type "[email protected]".

In the Phone Number field, type "555-123-4567".

In the Street address 1 field, type "297 Manhattan Street".

In the City field, type "San Pablo".

In the State field, type "CA".

In the ZIP code field, type "87999".

In the Payments Section, in the Primary payment method field, select "MasterCard".

Click "Save".
The new customer, Mr Adam Rosenberg, has been created.

To see how his name shows up on the customer list, click "Customers".
When you scroll down through the Customer list, you will see Mr Adam Rosenberg appear.
