      Navigate to your Merchant Account & log in with your Admin credentials. Ex. [https://merchant.orderup.ai/merchant/*your_merchant_number*](https://merchant.orderup.ai/merchant/*your_merchant_number*)

      Click on the [Manage Users] tab

      Log in with your default admin pin "0000" and press the [Arrow/Submit] key.

      This list will show any users you may have already created & their permissions.

      Go to your "Admin" user and click [EDIT]

      Set your new secret Admin PIN by clicking on the [PIN] line

      Enter your new secret Admin PIN and press the [Arrow/Enter] key. NOTE: We recommend a strong pin with at least 4 numbers.

      Toggle the "View Reports" field ON

      Click "SAVE"

      If you'd like to add a new user with permissions, click [+NEW USER]

      Add the new user's name to the "Name" field

      SET their unique PIN.

      Pro-Tip! - As an Admin/Manager you might want to note the PINs created by your authorized staff members. - Admins will be able to change PINs at any time in the even a staff member no longer works for you. - Only one PIN number can be used per user.

      Toggle ON/OFF the permissions you'd like this user to have & click [SAVE].

      The New User "Brandon" now appears in this list.

      To View Sales Reports > CLICK the [Bar Graph] icon on the left navigation bar.

      You will be prompted to enter your PIN to access the Reports page.

      You can filter your Reports by date/time.

      You can also filter reports by "Menu Filter" type.
