Type "3" \[CUSTOMER & ORDER MANAGEMENT\], then "[[enter]]"

Type "32' \[ORDER/INVOICE ENTRY\], then "[[enter]]"

Type "6" \[ORDER INQUIRY/RELEASE/LIST\], then "[[enter]]"

Tip! Shortcut to get to above ORDER/INVOICE MENU screen: Starting from MAIN MENU simply type "O", then "[[enter]]"

This screen gives printing options:

**Option-1**

To have system email invoice directly to customer's email address on file simply press "[[enter]]" key.

**IMPORTANT:** if **not** emailing to email on file type "C" \[CLEAR LIST\], then "[[enter]]". This will clear the email address.

  To email invoice directly to customer's email address on file simply hit "enter" key. 

  if NOT emailing to address on file type "C", then "enter". This will clear the email address.

Other printing options are listed at the bottom of screen.

Most commonly used:

**Type "E"** to select email, then "[[enter]]". This will provide a field to type email address, once typed then press "[[enter]]" key. **NOTE**: after entering options to enter another email address will be available.

**Type "P"** to select sending invoice to a printer, then "[[enter]]". This will provide a field to type selected printer number, then press "[[enter]]" key.

**Type "V'** to view in PDF format, then press "[[enter]]" key. Then press "[[enter]]" again to display the invoice in PDF format.

Tip!  If having issues with "V" to view in PDF invoice, this is due to a setting in your PDS system.  Once fixed PDF invoice will work.

Email and View options standardly provide copies of both invoice and delivery ticket.
